Bits of Business

I added a couple of pages today. The Ratings System page explains how I rate places for accessibility, and for enjoyability and quality too. The new about page describes the structure of the blog in detail: what kind of posts will I make on given days of the week, and what the various pages are for. I’m trying to give Rolling Traveler more of a structure, and I think I’ve worked out how I want to proceed.

I also added a picture to the Who’s Derek? page, so you can see what I look like.

The featured city for this week is Amsterdam. I’ll be describing the accessibility of the city on Monday, having a go at the issues with public transport and information accessibility on Tuesday, telling a cautionary tale of wheeled combat on Wednesday, and picking my favorite place to go in the Netherlands’ capital on Thursday. Friday will of course be an advice day, this time about choosing wheel types for manual wheelchairs.

I hope you all had a great weekend. Till tomorrow,

Derek.
